Why we use it
We use your details to respond to you and arrange your care. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent, and steps needed to provide healthcare.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted when no longer needed. Medical records are kept in line with UK guidance.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
